For land agents and land finders
Land agents and land finders who source sites can introduce them to us under a written introducer agreement. We register each introduction, tell you promptly if we already know the site, and pay an agreed fee only when we complete a purchase.
How do we work with land agents and land finders?
- Introductions registered when received
- We say quickly if a site is already known to us
- You must have the owner's authority to share the site
- Fees agreed in writing and paid on completion only
What rules apply?
Where you act for or advise the landowner, any fee from us, and its amount, must be disclosed to them in writing and agreed before terms are agreed. We do not pay fees that the owner has not confirmed to us in writing.
