Who are Development Land Wanted?

Development Land Wanted is a trading name of S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16932889) and part of the S&K Group, based at Hembs Crescent in Great Barr, Birmingham. The group's businesses span glazing, building supplies and property.

We buy land for new homes across England and Wales. We deal directly with landowners and with the agents and advisers who represent them.

What do we stand for?

• Honesty about land. We tell owners plainly whether we think a site works, and why.
• Clear written terms. Offers and introducer arrangements are always put in writing.
• Fairness to owners. Our appraisal is free, we never charge landowners a fee, and on options we pay reasonable legal costs up to an agreed cap.
• Respect for agents. Introducers are welcome, with fees agreed up front and disclosed to the owner.

Why should I trust a new buyer?

You should judge any buyer on what they put in writing and how they behave. We are a new land-buying brand, so we do not show reviews or case studies yet; we will add genuine ones as sales complete. In the meantime, we encourage every owner to take independent legal and valuation advice before agreeing terms with us or anyone else.
