Submit a site for a free appraisal
Four short steps. You will see your land drawn to scale, a rough idea of how many homes might fit and the ways we could buy it. There is no obligation and nothing to pay.
About submitting a site
Is submitting a site an offer to sell?
No. It simply asks us to look at the land. There is no obligation on you, and any offer we make will be in writing and subject to contract.
How accurate is the capacity figure?
It is a rough rule of thumb based on part of the site being used for roads and open space and typical suburban densities. The real figure depends on the site, its constraints and local policy.
What happens after I submit?
We review the land against planning policy, flood maps, access and title, then contact you to discuss it. If the site looks suitable we will arrange to see it.
I am an agent. Is there anything different?
Please confirm you have the owner's permission to share the site. Any introducer fee is agreed in writing before you share the site's details, disclosed to and confirmed by the owner, and paid only on completion.
